I liked the burger. Truffle Gorgonzola fries were ok— I liked the fries, but didn’t really like the sauce. Stomach felt a little funny after, but not sure if that was the burger or fries. Food came quick. Space was clean and small but not crowded. Parking lot out back had multiple spaces available and was $1.35/hr. There’s some 2 hr free spots a few blocks down but you have to parallel park. Some 1 hr free spots closer to the restaurant but those were almost all taken Saturday lunch hour.

Recommended by a local, I had to give it a try while I was visiting Service is great! Their n/a drinks are complex and balanced and delicious. Chicken sandwich? What I was craving and it hit the spot. German potato salad? As someone who generally enjoys a German potato salad? This one was not for me. Didn’t taste right at all, and my server was kind enough to let me swap the side to be satisfied.

Great chill bar (at least when I came for lunch). Enjoyed the sausage roll. Loved the deviled eggs.

I stopped by here to check out their new location as I went to their previous Allston occasionally - I was not disappointed. They had a solid beer and cocktail selection and the food I got was great. Was pleasantly surprised they had a vegetarian Reuben sandwich option in which they used broccoli for the ‘meat’. I’ve had quite a few veggie Reuben’s in the day but haven’t seen that type of variation. Had a great dive bar / low key feel and will definitely be back.

This is a good go to spot for whatever occasion. First date, after work, catching up with friends, whatever. The same quality of food as when it was in Allston. Same great service. The tinned fish is new, and surprisingly good. The burger is a fantastic staple. The poutine is so good. Their deviled eggs are great. The service is awesome. Go once and you'll be back.

On a street with a billion options, you can do a lot worse for a standard bar experience. Their draft selection is top notch, so definitely come if you want to try a variety of local craft beers. They’ve got a large TV that’s always got something interesting on. Food was good, not going to blow your mind but affordable and solid. Only real issue is the size - not a ton of seating options other than the bar.
